Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is on cloud nine as she enjoys her first pregnancy alongside her husband Ranveer Singh. As the family gears up to welcome their little munchkin in September this year, she has been busy completing her professional commitments. Co-starring Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan, the actress is awaiting the release of her upcoming film Kalki 2898 AD. Recently, the makers announced that the film will be released in June. Apart from this, she has been busy shooting for her sequence in Singham Again. She will be essaying the role of Shakti Shetty.

Well, a recent report by Bollywood Shaadis details that Deepika is in no mood to rest and is doing her best to complete her professional commitments before the arrival of her baby. Initially set for a May 2024 release, Kalki 2898 AD’s release was postponed to June, which means she might enter the third trimester by then. Fans have been left curious how she will carry out the promotional activities for the film. It seems like the netizens need not worry as the makers have planned an extensive promotional strategy for the Hindi version of the film. Yes, you read that right! As per the reports, the promotions for the film will allegedly begin soon in Mumbai. There have been a lot of discussions among the makers about this. The 38-year-old actress will reportedly have a planned schedule so that she can be a part of the promotions. The report states that while she will not be travelling for the promotions, she will be sitting for the interviews with the entire team for a few days. For the unversed, Deepika fell in love with Ranveer Singh while working with him for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 2012 movie Ram-Leela. They got married in 2018, six years after dating each other. Being together for more than a decade, they truly are the epitome of couple goals and have set the bar high for all the lovers out there. The actors had taken to their official social media handle to share a collaborative post, announcing their pregnancy. They informed their fans that their baby will be arriving in September 2024.

On the work front, Deepika Padukone was last seen in Fighter alongside Hrithik Roshan. She has Prabhas starrer Kalki 2898 AD in the pipeline. She will also be entering Rohit Shetty’s cop universe as Shakti Shetty. She will mark her entry in the cop universe with Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tiger Shroff, and Arjun Kapoor starrer Singham Again.
